FocusVision Offers Sample Privacy Agreements to Market Researchers & Focus Facilities

Stamford, CT (February 20, 2006) FocusVision Worldwide, the industry's leading global technology provider for market research, is pleased to offer three sample privacy agreements to market researchers and focus facilities.

In response to increasing concerns about privacy compliance and a lack of clear guidelines, FocusVision took the initiative to research the issue and create sample agreements. FocusVision would like to help bridge the information gap by offering these agreements to the entire market research community. These agreements were presented to the research community at the Marketing Research Association’s Fall Conference in Las Vegas.

Now researchers can have piece of mind when gathering and transferring confidential information. In addition, the time saved will allow them to better focus on conducting their research.

  1. Respondent Participation Agreement - Agreement to be signed by respondents before participating in any interview. Lists respondent rights and responsibilities when participating in a focus group.

  2. Intent of Use Agreement - Agreement describing conditions upon which one party is transferring confidential information to another party. Examples include video or audio recordings, respondent information, and documents.

  3. Non Disclosure Agreement - Agreement that should be signed by employees or any other persons who may be exposed to or possess confidential information.
