And now is the time to get an early look at the feedback you’ve received through your survey. This will prepare you for the work ahead to build a story and share the consumer insights from your research. Here are a few tips to get you started.

Soft Launch and Data Checks

When you are ready to field your survey, it’s always good practice to first do a soft launch. In a soft launch, a small portion of your sample is sent prior to full deployment. A soft launch allows you to use live data to check and verify your sample deployment runs as expected with no survey errors. If a mistake is found, you can address this with minimal impact to the project cost or feasibility.
