JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Account Associate is responsible for delivering qualified leads from new prospects and existing accounts in APAC. The role also includes to develop the relationship with the facility partners for our live video solution.  She/he should be confident and articulate on the phone and in person, capable of learning new concepts related to market research, insights, customer experience and marketing. Direct experience in inside sales, telemarketing, and/or marketing is a plus, but not required. The candidate will be expected to learn and use CRM tools available.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (40 calls per day)
  • Schedule online product demonstrations and face-to-face meetings
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Director of Sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies.
  • Support the incoming business from seasonal and adhoc accounts
  • Communication with internal departments including Operations, Legal and Finance
  • Monitor and facility partners and ensure that facilities use FV Live Video as a first solution to offer to their clients
  • Communication with internal departments including Operations, Legal and Finance
  • Provide ongoing effort of high data quality entered to CRM system

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent in English. Asian language skills will be an advantage.
  • 2+ years of successful SaaS sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
  • Great interpersonal skills and driven to deliver results
  • Quick learner who can think on their feet.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and be able to overcome obstacles and stay positive
