While the sands are definitely shifting in the area of data collection, developments are less rapid – though the need for change no less urgent – in the area of analysis and results delivery. Software developers, though, may take heart because the industry continues to show not only an appetite for new software of all types, but also seems to place a reliance on its technology partners as a dependable source of innovation.
