Over the last several years, declining response rates have been an ongoing challenge for researchers. Consumers are less willing to participate in online surveys. In this eBook, we provide a guide for designing effective online surveys to help you maximize participation rates. Over decades of working with online surveys, we present our learnings on five areas of importance for engaging survey respondents: Email invites, reminders, incentives, interactive questions, and question-wording.
