In-Depth Customer Dialogues: Getting the Real Consumer Voice by Adding Qual to Quant
Steve August, Chief Information Officer at FocusVision and Sam Harami, Director of Global Customer Loyalty and Insights at eBay, are presenting at the CASRO 2016 Digital Research Conference at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.
The session, titled “In-Depth Customer Dialogues: Getting the Real Consumer Voice by Adding Qual to Quant,” takes place on Tuesday, March 29th from 2:45-3:15 p.m. CST.
August and Harami will introduce a new Quant+Qual method. The study began with an online survey. After reviewing the survey data, ten respondents were selected for one-on-one webcam interviews for further discussions. See how quant data is humanized and qual is validated in an integrated way using an end-to-end methodology that employs survey outreach combined with rich data collected through video open ends.
