Zoë Dowling uses her extensive research expertise to help clients best apply FocusVision’s technological solutions. An early internet adopter, she has been involved in online research since the 1990s. She specializes in respondent engagement for web and mobile surveys, as well as qualitative approaches related to online communities and interview techniques. A scholar of innovation, Zoë actively combines traditional and out-of-the-box approaches to adapt effective methodologies to a changing world. She holds a BA in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Stirling in Scotland, an M-Phil in Social Research Methodology from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Surrey in England.

Denise brings over 22 years’ of market research expertise to FocusVision. She leads the group that conducts interactive online product demonstrations, exhibiting FocusVision’s technology features and capabilities. She also answers technical inquiries from prospective clients. Prior to joining FocusVision, Denise served as a technical trainer, support engineer and product manager, focusing her direction on new product launches and positioning. Denise is very active in the market research industry, and has been heavily involved in the New York Chapter of the MRA. She served as Treasurer of this chapter for three years before being named President, a title she held for three years.
